We were hit with another cold snap last week and it was simply too cold to go outside.  The boys were going crazy, as was I.  And none of the regular boredom busters were working.

So I came up with this crazy ridiculous idea to make a giant balloon cannon.  I am not sure how I came up with this idea, but this balloon cannon ended up being the perfect boredom buster.  The boys laughed, ran, and played for nearly two hours straight.  Want to know what we did? 3. Dyan: when I click on the link to CBC parents I get an "oops, we can't find the page you're looking for" message. I note that you have it pinned to "Canadian kid bloggers" but the link is to CBC parents. Is this part of the problem?

    1. CBC Parents just redid their website so not all of the link redirects are in place quite yet. You can read the full post here: http://www.cbc.ca/parents/play/view/indoor_boredom_buster_diy_balloon_cannon
