Winter Activities for Kids

Winter activities for kids, including winter sensory bin ideas, crafts, math activities, and more.

Winter here makes up nearly six months of the year.

I'm not even joking.

Not only do we get a lot of snow here, but we also get plenty of excruciatingly cold days. There are days upon days where it is simply too cold to go outside due to temperatures of -35 C or colder.

Needless to say, we can't always head outdoors to play in the winter. So we do a lot of indoor winter activities like sensory bins or bringing the snow indoors. But there's tons of different winter activities for kids below that will be sure to entertain toddlers, preschoolers, and kids of all ages!
